Terms & Conditions

The Drops & Wins - Slots is a Network Promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and will run from 04.03.2026. to 03.03.2027. at 18:59 CET.

During the promotional period, Drops & Wins will award prizes across Weekly Wheel Drops and Daily Tournaments. Each week is scheduled with a prize budget for the applicable Weekly Wheel Drop and Daily Tournaments.

•      Weekly Wheel Drops, awarding prizes in bet multipliers and Free Spins.
•      7x Daily Tournaments each week, each awarding cash prizes.

MECHANICS:

The Network Promotion comprises of Daily Tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament”) and Weekly Wheel Drops (each a “Weekly Wheel Drop”). The mechanics are structured every week, with each week running from Wednesday at 19:01 CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CET. During each week of the Network Promotion, seven (7) Daily Tournaments and one (1) Weekly Wheel Drop will run in parallel.

WEEKLY WHEEL DROPS MECHANICS:

Players collect three randomly awarded wheel pieces to complete a wheel and qualify for a prize. Once completed, they enter a full-screen wheel where they can tap or spin to claim their reward.

To be eligible to participate in a Weekly Wheel Drop, a player must join/opt-in every week to any of the participating games through the promotional welcome pop-up. Opt-in is only required once per week, and once opted in, the player will qualify for all available Daily Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops for that week. Once opted in, a player cannot opt out until the following week. If a player opts out during a promotional week, they cannot opt in again until the next week.

To qualify for a random prize, a player must place a real-money spin of any bet stake on a participating game and collect all three (3) wheel pieces.

Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet. Only one (1) wheel piece is awarded at a time. Once the first wheel piece is collected, the player becomes eligible to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) are obtained.

Wheel pieces are solely used to qualify for a random prize and do not award any other reward(s) until the wheel is complete. If a player collects only one (1) or two (2) wheel pieces without completing the wheel, they do not qualify for a random prize.

Upon completing the wheel, a full-screen vertical wheel will be displayed. Players can spin the wheel by tapping or swiping downward to receive a random prize.

Wheel pieces collected but not completed by the end of a Weekly Wheel Drop period will not be carried over into the following week and will reset at the start of the next Weekly Wheel Drop.

Players participating in a Weekly Wheel Drop may win prizes in the form of a predetermined multiplier of the player’s winning bet amount (i.e. the multiplier received multiplied (X) by the bet stake, where the bet amount cannot exceed one Euro (€1) or the currency equivalent for prize payout), or Free Spins as set out in the Weekly Wheel Drop Prize Table provided further below in these terms.

•      Multiplier prizes are applied to the Qualifying Bet up to one Euro (€1) or the currency equivalent that triggered the final wheel piece.
•      Free Spins prizes are awarded as twenty (20) Free Spins in the same game where the prize was won, at the same bet amount placed to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds one Euro (€1) or the currency equivalent, Free Spins will be awarded at the one Euro (€1) value or the next higher available in-game bet amount.
•      Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time the prize was awarded.
•      Free Spins prizes may be awarded differently in the future, including in a different game. Players will be notified at least one month before any such change takes effect.

If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus / Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus / Free Spins feature mode and will be based on the maxBet value. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.

If you place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”), your prize will be awarded at the same bet level or at the one Euro (€1) value if your bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. Ante Bet availability depends on your jurisdiction.

Free Spins prizes won during a Weekly Wheel Drop are excluded from the multiplier prize mechanics.

Each Weekly Wheel Drop will end weekly upon the earlier of 18:59 CET or when there are no more prizes left.

You may win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

You can track your progress in collecting wheel pieces, along with your wins and other players’ wins, in real time within the promotional interface of each participating game.

You must complete all steps described above to receive a prize.

DAILY TOURNAMENTS:

To participate in a Daily Tournament, a player is required to opt in once per week in any participating game through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, the player is automatically entered into all seven (7) Daily Tournaments for that week.

To participate in a Daily Tournament, a player is required to play a real money spin with a minimum of fifteen Euro cents (€0.15) or the currency equivalent on any of the participating games.

Only the first 5,000 Qualifying Bets per Daily Tournament will be eligible and counted towards the tournament score. Once this limit is reached, following bets will not accumulate tournament points. The Qualifying Bets Limit resets at the start of each new Daily Tournament.

To qualify for a prize, players need to collect at least one (1) leaderboard point. No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opting-in, and points will not be rewarded retroactively.

Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament.

Crediting player rewards might take longer than stated due to the process of winnings confirmation. Prizes will be awarded according to the final leaderboard positions at the end of each Daily Tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their total score.

The score is calculated as the total sum of all win multipliers received during a Daily Tournament. Points are earned for every spin played with a Qualifying Bet that results in a win multiplier (i.e. win divided by stake amount) exceeding one (1). Win multipliers with decimals above 0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, while those under or equal to 0.5 are rounded down to zero (0).
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Score = Win / bet (1) + … + Win / bet (n)
Player bets €1 and wins €50 → Score = €50 / €1 = 50
Player bets €5 and wins €1,000 → Score = €1000 / €5 = 200
Player buys a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €20 and wins €1000 → Score = €1000 / €20 = 50
The final score will be 50 + 200 + 50 = 300

If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus / Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus / Free Spins feature mode and will be based on the one Euro (€1) value. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.

Bonus Buy rounds count as a single game round for scoring purposes, regardless of the number of spins included in the feature.

If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered and you reach the maximum win multiplier before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. All wins up to that point will still count toward your score.

Jackpot wins of any type do not count toward the leaderboard score.

If the auto-play feature is in use, it will not be paused or stopped if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view the tournament promotional menu.

In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.

The tournament updates in real time, allowing you to view the in-game leaderboard at any time while playing participating games.

General T&Cs:

Participation in Drops & Wins does not alter or affect the game’s Return to Player (RTP) or chance of winning.

There is no additional cost required to participate.

Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Tournament or Weekly Wheel Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.

The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.

The Weekly Wheel Drops and Daily Tournaments are available on selected participating slots, including mini-game versions in Bingo rooms, as well as other available versions, and can be played on any device.

The list of participating games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby, as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the operator platform.

In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins, wheel pieces, scores, or prize outcomes may be voided or restored/reinstated in accordance with the operator’s standard procedures.

Pragmatic Play is not responsible for delays, connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or operator platform outages affecting participation, scoring, or prize awards.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players who have opted in, unless it is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features or Free Chips awards.

In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.
